Meet Galton Barker, PTA
Director of Rehab Services
Galton Barker, PTA received his Associates of Science in Physical Therapy from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI.
He has over five years of experience working with general & post-op orthopedics, stroke, geriatrics, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, soft tissue and joint mobilization, spinal cord injuries, and neck and back pain. He has lived in Las Vegas, NM for over three years while working at Alta Vista Therapy Services. Galton has a strong background in sports and strengthening. He will direct your return to the highest level of function whether that is work, sports, or just daily activities.

Meet Bruce Holmes, MPT
Bruce Holmes, MPT, received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Elon College in Elon, North Carolina. Bruce has worked at Alta Vista Regional Hospital for over eleven years. He has a background in acute care and geriatrics, soft tissue mobilization, general orthopedics, balance and dizziness, therapy modalities, and pain management.

Meet Crystal Montoya, MPT
Crystal received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She specializes in treatments including, but not limited to, post-op orthopedics, orthopedic manual therapy, McKenzie and Mulligan treatment approaches, functional dry needling for upper and lower extremities, Strain-Counterstrain techniques, pain management, taping techniques including Kinesio Taping and Leukotaping.

Meet Amanda Garcia, PTA
Amanda graduated from West Las Vegas High School and went on to obtain her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from PIMA Medical Institute. She returned to Las Vegas to provide services to the community she loves. She has been a great addition to the staff as she provides skills in orthopedics, strength and conditioning, geriatrics, and orthopedic manual therapy and mobilization.

Meet Linde Schuster, MS, CCC-SLP
Linde is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She joined the team at Alta Vista Regional Hospital in 2013.
Linde received her Masters of Science in Communication Disorders from Colorado State University. She completed an internship at Alta Bates – Herrich Hospital in Berkeley, California.
Linde has a wide variety of specialties including evaluation and treatment of dysphagia (including modified barium swallow studies), apraxia, brain injury, vocal cord dysfunction, verbal expression, sound production, and oral motor training. She is a certified Vital Stim provider.
