(Las Vegas, NM)-Alta Vista Regional Hospital is pleased to welcome it newest member of the administrative team, Chief Financial Officer, Leonard Tapia.

Leonard comes to the position with twenty-nine years of experience within the healthcare industry. Leonard most recently worked at Carlsbad Medical Center, serving as Chief Financial Officer in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Leonard is no stranger to Las Vegas; he served as the hospital’s CFO from 2001 to 2003.

“I am excited about coming back to Las Vegas and working with the wonderful team at hospital,” said Leonard Tapia, Chief Financial Officer at Alta Vista Regional Hospital.

Leonard received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

“We are thrilled that Leonard will be joining the executive team of the hospital,” said Rich Robinson, Interim Chief Executive Officer. He went on to say, “his experience and familiarity with Alta Vista will be a great asset to the hospital and the community.”
